Deluxe Supplements Ltd returns policy.

Deluxe Supplements Ltd  know that you will be pleased with the product & service you have received for us,but from time to time products do need to be returned to us

Items Damaged on Arrival

If your items are damaged or faulty you have 14 CALENDER DAYS in which you need to inform us the fault.Please return the item in its original packaging with all documentation.Once the product has been received by us and the fault as been verified a replacement or full refund will be made (via your original payment method) and reimburse you with your return postage costs.But if the item is shown not to be faulty we will return the item back to you and you will be liable to the carriage costs.

ITEMS LOST

Any item sent via Royal Mail will not be deemed lost until 21 days after posting after this point a refund or replacement will be sent.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your items have been damaged in transit please report it to us within 7 WORKING DAYS.If the items are visiby damaged please SIGN THE DELIVERY NOTE accordingly.Please return the item in its original packaging with all documentation,once the item has been received by us a replacement will be sent out or a full refund will be made ( via your original payment method ) and reimburse you with your return postage.

If you simply change your mind/ Goods returned undeliverd or uncollected

If you have just simply changed your mind about any of your order and wish to return it to us,then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you may do so by informing us of you decision within 10 DAYS of receipt and the good are in resaleable condition.we can't accept items back if opened and don't like the taste.The item must not used and must in a resaleable state when returned to us.Once we have received your decision that you wish to return the item under the DSR you have 28 DAYS to do so at your own cost.Once received by us a refund will be made (via your original payment method) minus our original postage costs plus the cost to return the item and a handling fee of £8.00
