Deluxe Nutrition Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is the most pure and concentrated form of whey protein available. It contains a massive 90g of protein in 100g on dry matter basis and very little (if any) fat and lactose. Instantised WPI has significant advantages over other proteins, the first being absorbability. Most weight trainers and athletes require a very high protein diet to aid recovery and promote muscle growth. To break down protein sources and achieve this growth/recovery the body has to use digestive enzymes, however these are limited in quantity. So when these enzymes run out, the body loses its ability to digest these protein sources. Isolate is composed mainly of short chain proteins and amino acids. Digestion is therefore much simpler and faster with Insantised WPI than with other protein sources, allowing the protein quicker access to muscle tissue. So this makes Deluxe Nutrition Isolate Whey a great Protein to drink post workout.

Recommended Use:
Deluxe Nutrition Whey Protein Isolate is best taken post-workout or at any other time during the day when protein is required quickly. Take between 30g-60g per serving depending on dietary needs.
Add 1 to 2 Scoop to 300ml-500ml of water or milk mix with fork or hand-held shaker. For more protein just add more scoops.
