Recommended Use

Take 5 Tablets (5g) pre-workout and 5 Tablets (5g) post-workout on an empty stomach 10-20 minutes before exercise and immediately after exercise. so there is no competition for absorption and uptake by other amino acids. BCAAs can also be mega-dosed upto 30g per day to prevent muscle catabolism and promote muscle anabolism and fat loss.
