Sida Cordifolia may also help with fat loss through the suppressing the user's appetite, and accelerating their metabolic rate.

Maize starch, Silicone Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Gelatine

One or two capsules early
morning. Repeat Midday.
Alternatively take one or two capsules 45mins prior to exercise.
DO NOT TAKE 4 hours before sleep.
