Deluxe Nutrition GR-1 sets an unbeaten standard for a blended protein by using the very highest quality ingredients in up front optimised ratios.It includes the finest selected Whey Protein, Isolate, MicellerCasein and Egg Whites, these have been chosen for their superior levels of Branch Chain Amino Acids and higher levels of protein. Importantly we clearly state the ratios of the 4 proteins that we use so that you know exactly how much of each protein source has been used. GR-1 contains a blend of 25:25:25:25
Micellar Casein, Egg Whites, Isolate and Undenatured Whey Protein Concentrate and to give that extra boost we haveadded some extra glutamine and our very own Deluxe Vita-Mina vitamin and mineral blend.

Micellar casein (Slow amino acid release)
This is the least processed of all milk derived proteins, micellar casein (milk protein concentrate) is a
very pure product which is highly sought after in the sporting world. Micellar Casein’s slow release of
amino acids gives it powerful anti-catabolic properties which offers a unique benefit for hard training
athletes seeking optimal growth and recovery. Micellar is the slowest digesting protein.
Egg white protein (Medium amino acid release)
Egg white has a biological value of 100. It is absorbed by the body at a medium rate of digestion
providing all essential amino acids for growth and repair. It contains virtually no fat or carbohydrate.
The egg white used is of the highest quality, made from certified European eggs that are guaranteed
free from salmonella. Egg White Protein has a medium rate of digestion.
Ultra filtered whey protein concentrate (Fast to medium amino acid release)
Our whey protein is derived from ultra filtered 82% dairy whey. Packed with vital nutrients such as
Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) and L-Glutamine that help to repair, maintain and build muscle
tissue. It also contains and increases levels of potent antioxidants, helping to improve immunity.
Plus it is low in fat, carbohydrates, lactose and cholesterol!
Whey Protein Isolate (Fast amino acid release)
Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is formed using an advanced combination of Ultra and Micro-Filtration
processes, ensuring minimal protein denaturing and maximum protein integrity.
These processes produce a pure, quality whey protein, rich in glycomacropeptides (GMP)
and bio-active peptides (This is very important for improved gut and immune function), Isolate is
virtually fat and lactose free. The whey isolate is then sprayed with fine lecithin particles creating a
water-resistant effect on the surface of the whey protein. Isolate has a fast rate of digestion.

RECOMMENDED USE
Add Add 1-2 scoops (30g-60g) to approximately 250-300ml of cool water or milk.
