DIRECTIONS: For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 350-450 ml of cold water or skim milk, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds. Myoplex is ideal any time of the day when you need a protein rich supplemental shake.
