Lean GROW MRF is packed with optimum quantities of Sci-MX’s advanced new GRS-5™ (Gradual Release System) protein blend, with branched chain and free form amino acids to promote lean muscle growth when combined with resistance training. Low DE carbohydrates, essential fats, amino acids and a vitamin and mineral blend complete the formulation, simulating a nutritionally balanced, high-protein meal. In fact, the nutritional profile of one serving of Lean GROW MRF is similar to that of one-and-a-half lean chicken breasts, a small serving of wholegrain brown rice, and all the vitamins and minerals which typically exist in a variety of vegetables and fruit. Our new, upgraded formula now also contains Sci-MX’s unique Opti-Zyme™ digestive enzyme pack, ensuring maximum protein digestion. Lean GROW MRF is the ideal supplement to use as a meal replacement taken between your two or three solid-food meals each day, to make up five to six daily meals. Serious athletes or those training to achieve a lean, muscular physique, should consume five to six modest meals per day as this ensures an increased absorption of nutrients and helps to maintain stable blood sugar levels. Recommended Use: Add two rounded scoops to 350-400 ml of cold water (depending on individual preference). Blend or shake in a hand held shaker for 30 seconds. Have 2 to 3 servings daily.
