Sci-MX’s 100% Whey Protein is made from a specially formulated blend of whey protein concentrate and isolate, thereby providing the highest BV (Biological Value) protein available. A superior rate of nitrogen retention and protein synthesis is achieved when supplementing with Sci-MX’s 100% Whey Protein, resulting in optimal muscular growth response. Of special importance to body builders and power athletes is the very high concentration of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) found in whey protein. BCAAs (L-leucine, L isoleucine and L-valine) make up about one third of the total protein content of human muscle tissue. Micro-filtration is a state-of-the-art process used in preparing Sci-MX’s 100% Whey Protein. This process preserves the integrity of the protein, which otherwise could be damaged by excessive heat.
